Bedfords’ sales up 232%
Bedfords Estate Agents, who specialise in the sale of character
houses in Norfolk and Suffolk, have experienced an exceptional
increase in sales in the last quarter, with agreed transactions up
232% in comparison to the equivalent period last year.
As a consequence of the increased demand experienced by Bedfords,
there is currently a shortage of quality houses on the market,
whilst the scarcity of choice is encouraging potential purchasers
to compete against each other for the very best houses.
“Although the August ‘holiday season’ may cause a
temporary lull in activity, we believe now is the perfect time to
prepare properties for the market in readiness for September, which
is usually a buoyant month” reports Ben Marchbank of
Bedfords’ Burnham Market office.
“If you were under the impression the market was still quiet
following last year’s collapse in confidence, think again as
now could be the perfect time to sell your property”.
