Bedfords scoop national accolade
At the 14th AGM of the Mayfair Office held at the Royal Air Force
Club in London, Country Property specialists, BEDFORDS collected
the top award for achieving the most editorial coverage in the
National Press .The Mayfair Office members represent over 300
independent offices who cover the whole of the UK. The fact that
Bedfords operate throughout most of Norfolk and Suffolk provides
for a regular flow of attractive and interesting property which,
with our close relationship with the leading property journalists,
helps to secure so much free advertising for our Clients. James
Bedford, partner, added that had we had to pay for the space it
would have cost nearly 100,000 pounds. Despite a difficult year
Bedfords have seen signs of a modest upturn and are now starting to
experience a shortage of stock. 2009 should see the volume of sales
increase, as the rental market slows down and the lower interest
rates work their way through. The reduced rates are already
encouraging investors to move their money from the banks back into
property.
