Market statement
The property market in Suffolk truly came to life during the
summer months with a growing imbalance between the increasing
demand and shrinking supply of available properties.
There is currently considerable pent-up demand resulting in
recent instructions stimulating considerable interest and rapid
sales having been agreed. There remain a significant number of
frustrated, ready, willing and able buyers actively looking for
property to purchase.
With such a large number of potential buyers watching and
waiting, this autumn may well be one of the best times to sell,
both recently and in the foreseeable future.
