Bedfords | Here to help…

20 March 2020

As the spread of Covid-19 continues, we wanted to write to reassure you that the wellbeing of our clients and employees will be our continued priority. We will of course follow Government advice, whilst remaining dedicated to providing an ongoing service to clients.

The situation in the United Kingdom is obviously moving fast, and at present our offices in Norfolk and Suffolk remain ‘open for business’ supported by our dedicated staff. We are reviewing our infrastructure alongside our IT partners to ensure we are able to work at a mobile level if required, so as not to disrupt the level of service you would expect.

Our internal policies ensure that our staff have up-to-date information covering travel, hygiene, attending viewings and interaction to minimise risks to all.

These are unprecedented times, and we are drawing comfort from the positive attitude from our work colleagues, and the resilience our clients are showing to ‘get the job done’ remains strong. The market conditions are changing on a daily basis, and we would be pleased to offer up-to-date advice at any time – in difficult times of the past, Bedfords have always thought creatively and proactively, ensuring all opportunities are explored for those we act for.

The year had started so well for the housing market in Norfolk and Suffolk, and whilst this turbulence will undoubtedly have its challenges, we hope the disruption will be as short-lived as possible.

We wish you all the very best of health
