OUR CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
As the year comes to a close, we are already thinking ahead to January and preparing properties to put on the market in order to satisfy the continued interest from outside of the region. Since last June, an overwhelming number of buyers have registered with us, hoping to live in the peaceful villages and towns of Suffolk and Norfolk, and we do not expect this to change in the new year.
Stock for these buyers to purchase will be key, and after a record-breaking number of sales in the last six months, we are keen to replenish our register of houses and would love to hear from any of you looking to move in the weeks and months ahead – we are working between Christmas and New Year and would welcome the opportunity to discuss the marketing of your home should that be a convenient time.
Needless to say, these are uncertain times; the Stamp Duty holiday is due to end on March 31 and our fight to contain the spread of Covid will no doubt continue to necessitate restrictions on movement. Consequently, our experience and knowledge of the market along with our connection with ‘city buyers’ through The Mayfair Office will prove key. 29th December – 10am – 2pm
30th December -10am – 2pm
31st December – 10am – 2pm
1st January to 3rd January – closed
4th January – normal working hours
